This iPad is fully functional, it does have a cosmetic flaw with that being cracking on the screen. Although the screen has cracking the iPad is still functional to full capacity. Other than the crack the iPad is in very well kept condition. Its battery capacity is 95% meaning it was barley used. The iPad does come with a charging block & cable.
